Designed for business, the One-Rate Advantage Plans provide a proactive approach to computer, network and IT service.  As part of the plans, each system is monitored for issues which could cause unforeseen outages and downtime, while preventative maintenance is performed on a daily basis to ensure the systems operate at peak efficiency.

Each One-Rate Advantage Plan can be tailored to fit the specific needs of the client and can include helpdesk and complete unlimited support, or can be block-purchased for on-site and remote repair services.  Through this program, GX Technologies, Inc. can provide businesses with methods by which to access their office computers after hours from off-site locations.  Since the One-Rate Advantage Plans can be contracted at a fixed monthly fee, businesses are better able to budget their annual IT costs with no hidden fees.

Rapid Response Plans

Designed for businesses that wish to have efficient service on a repeating basis, the Rapid Response Plans start with an assigned GX Technologies, Inc. engineer to a specific business account.  Clients can then simply contact the engineer who knows the most about their equipment and service needs as required.  The engineer then oversees the IT service at the business' locations and can work with the client to schedule regular maintenance and discuss other issues.

Time and Material Plan

Designed for one-time service requests, this plan allows a business or individual to receive expert on-site service from a GX Technologies engineer on a “pay-as-you-go” basis with no contract commitment required.





Remote System Services


24-hour monitoring of servers, desktops, and enabled devices, coupled with daily preventative maintenance, restores and maintains peak system performance.

Daily vital maintenance includes system updates and checks of anti virus and spyware definitions, operating system patches, hard drive performance, temporary internet files. Auto notification of most errors and rapid problem remediation.
